PRC To Host Technical Conference: USPS to address Flats Directive in 2015 ACD
Washington, DC – In its 2015 Annual Compliance Determination(ACD), the Postal Regulatory Commission identified components of the Postal Service’s Flats mail flow that appear to represent pinch points that significantly impact Flats’ cost and service. As a result, the Commission asked that the Postal Service provide a complete response to the chapter 6 directive in the ACD.

WHO: Postal Service representatives will present the status of its proposed method to measure, track, and report cost and service performance issues identified in the Commission’s directive.

The technical conference is open to all persons interested in the Postal Service’s response to the chapter 6 directive and will be web and video cast in its entirety on the Commission’s website, www.prc.gov.
