PRC Makes Enhancements to Its Website Focusing on USPS Service Performance
Washington, DC – The Postal Regulatory Commission today announced changes to its website, www.prc.gov, that enhance access to USPS Service Performance information. Visitors to the site now have the ability to quickly access Quarterly Periodic Service Performace reports filed with the Commission by the Postal Service, Commission analysis of Postal Service fiscal year program performance and performance plans, Annual Compliance Determination reports since inception in 2007, and all dockets related to service performance.
Service Performance items are accessible from the Commission’s homepage under the menu item, “Data/Reports Service Reports” and no longer require visitors to the website to perform a term search.

The Postal Regulatory Commission is an independent federal agency that provides regulatory oversight over the U.S. Postal Service to ensure the transparency and accountability of the Postal Service and foster a vital and efficient universal mail system.
