Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Quarterly Data
The Notification of Federal Employee Antidiscrimination Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act), Public Law 107-174, requires Federal agencies to post Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Data on a quarterly basis during each fiscal year. The Postal Regulatory Commission (formerly Postal Rate Commission) provides this data in an Excel spreadsheetand in PDF format.
