PRC announces latest upgrades to eDockets

The Postal Regulatory Commission recently announced several enhancements to its electronic docketing system, allowing visitors to better search, sort, and find cases going back to 2004. These updates are part of an ongoing improvement project running through May 2025.

The eDockets portal contains all cases, or dockets, pending before or previously considered by the Commission. Each docket includes all records related to the case at hand. These documents comprise orders, notices, testimonies, evidence, workpapers and reference materials, reports, and final Commission decisions. Dockets are sorted by topic and given a case number tagged to fiscal year for easy reference.

What’s changing?

The latest iteration of the eDockets System includes the following changes. Visitors can now:

  • Search for docket types and titles in Docket Search and Advanced Docket Search Tabs.
  • Open a docket filing’s attachments in a browser (instead of a forced download).
  • More easily track dockets or topics through clearly marked Document Alert emails (daily or by topic/docket).
  • View all Searches and Daily Listings with 50 results per page.

The eDocket system can be found here: https://prc.arkcase.com/portal/home. If you have questions on the latest improvements or would like to learn more about how to access matters before the Commission, please email dockets@prc.gov.
