Monthly USPS Service Issue Reports
These reports provide a general overview of issues responded to by the Postal Service based on service complaints received by the Commission and
forwarded to the Postal Service for attention. The Commission monitors Postal Service responsiveness to customer complaints as part of its general
oversight of USPS service performance. The Postal Service began filing monthly service issue reports with the Commission in May 2009. Recent Reports
